SAN FRANCISCO, CA-- Through the communications' media the San Francisco Opera would like to extend an invitation to all music lovers to come to the War Memorial Building in San Francisco on Friday, September 9 and join a selected group of celebrities at Opera Ball: The Centennial Celebration, a magical evening which will allow you to meet some the S.F. Opera stars, among them: Nadine Sierra Nadine Sierra

Nadine Sierra is an American young soprano better known for her interpretation of Gilda, in Verdi's opera Rigoletto, and her magnificent performance in the tragic role of Lucia, in Lucia de Lammermoor, Donizetti's opera.

Samoan Tenor Pene Pati (HarrisonParrott). who is an exclusive recording artist for Warner Classics where he made his debut in a self-title album of Italian and French arias recorded with Orchestre National
Pati is a graduate of San Francisco Opera's Adler Program, where he studied under Music Director Nicola Luisotti. He made his acclaimed debut in 2017 in the role of Duca di Montova (the Duke of Montova in Verdi's Rigoletto.

Michael Fabiano is better known in the sports' field, because he is an award-winning fantasy football analyst and a member of the Fantasy Sports Writers Association (FSWA) Hall of fame. He is also the first fantasy analyst to ever appear on of the four major television networks, and has 20 years of experience in the fantasy sports industry.  For those unfamiliar with the term Fantasy Sports. The term means the online prediction of games where you put together a virtual team of real sports players. Playing Fantasy Sports also allows you to earn point based on their real life statistics, and convert them into fantasy points.

Lucas Meachem is an American Grammy-Award Winning lyric baritone who just released his first solo album, Shall we Gather, a collection of American Art songs appropriate to the difficult times that we all are living in, since his selection of songs are a celebration of resilience and togetherness. As a singer, Meachem is well-known in the operatic world for his magnificent performance in the role of Figaro in 2016, in the Los Angeles Opera's production of Ghosts of Versailles which earned him a Grammy Award

And another distinguish guess that you will meet at the event will be the San Francisco's Opera's Music Director, South Korean Conductor Eun Sun Kim, who is a graduate of the prestigious Yonsei University, Hocschule fur Musik und Darstellende Junst Stuttgart. During the San Francisco's Opera Centenial, the conductor will also lead a world premiere and seven other productions.
