Born in Río, Puerto Rico, RAMÓN AYALA RODRIGUEZ know as DADDY YANKEE, is a rapper, singer, songwriter, actor and record producer who has been nominated for 450 awards and has received: 78 Billboard Awards, 28 Latin Grammys Awards, 20 Latin American Music Awards, 15 Billboard Music Awards, 9 American Music Awards y 4 Grammy Awards. MARC ANTHONY's birth name is MARCO ANTONIO MUÑIZ. He was Born in New York City, from parents from Guayama, Puerto Rico, and raised in East Harlem, also known as Spanish Harlem and the Barrio. He began singing as a young boy, in both English and Spanish, under the guidance of his father, a professional guitarist. As he was growing up, he was influenced by salsa legends, with Tito Puente among them. MARC ANTHONY is a singer, actor and producer and the top selling tropical "Salsa"artist of all the time. He holds the Guinness World Record for best selling tropical/salsa artists and for selling the most number of albums on the Billboard Tropical Albums year-end charts. Because he has sold more than 12 million albums worldwide, he has also received many recognitions, among them the 2009 Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) Chair Award and the CHCI Chair's Lifetime Achievement Award" which he received on September 2009.He is also a two-time Grammy Award winner, and a six times Latin Grammy Award winner.
