SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- The San Francisco Symphony announces programming details for Digital Content on SFSYMPHONY+ through the end of the 2020-21 Season, featuring four new SoundBox programs and two CURRENTS episodes.
SoundBox  RELEASES

Upcoming SoundBox releases include two programs curated by Collaborative Partners Metamorphoses by flutist CLAIRE CHASE, on July 8, and a program by composer NICO MUHLY on August 12; and the final SoundBox of the season, curated by pianist JEREMY DENK.

Please notice that the New CURRENTS Episodes on August 26, previously announced to be directed by Esa-Pekka Salonen will be now under a new director.

The New CURRENTS episodes included: Invisible Borders, an exploration of Persian classical music that was curated by composer and multi-instrumentalist MOHAMMAD NEJAD (June 17) and a program exploring Klezmer Musical Culture Curated by JOSHUA HOROWITZ and VRETSKI PASS.

They also can now be downloaded as an app via the Apple app store, Google play, and Amazon Firestick. They are also available via TV services including Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast, Roku, and Smart TV's
