SOUND BOX: LINEAGE

Curated by legendary table maestro ZAKIR HUSSAIN the Indian classical violinist KALA RAMNNATH and San Francisco Symphony musicians are interpreting Indian folk traditions to the tune of today.

Another big Hit program in which the San Francisco Symphony's collaborative Partner and classical singer JULIA BULLOCK curates a program in which century-spanning works converse with one another tracing a uniquely persona and musical lineage.

And starting on April 1st you can listen to CURRENTS: Thunder Song by Chickasaw composer, pianist and curator JEROD IMPICHCHAACHAAHA TATE, comes together with the San Francisco Symphony Musicians to express the dynamic spirit of American Indian Cultures through the Unifying power of music.
